If you are concern about getting you money back and nothing else, you can file a civil suit against him. To be more precise, small claim court in which has to be in same borough that he live. There is a long waiting for court date so it might take some time before you get your money back. Also you probably need to go to court few times and spend some money to pay court fee ($15 - $20 up to $5000 claim $45 for more than $5000 claim). You could start by writing a letter by asking your money back before taking the matter to the court. visit the link below to find more about court system. I am not an Attorny and these are not legal advise I am providing information only. Every court has resource center and you can get legal advise from them for FREE. Re: garage overcharging.....
thanks alot guys for your help. saleem 786 thank you also, but why let it go, there is no let it go, i mean forgiving someone is a good thing but its not mandatory why to forgive so that they keep doing this to other people, i think pursuance through tlc or any other civil court is worth it, atleast he will try not to do the same thing with someone else, thats all............tahnks again guys

First of all your statement is not informative to give you an advice. like how much lease, how many shifts, what shift, what rate you agreed on, how long you worked with him, how you used to deal cash or check etc. you also need to check wheather you can make any complaint against a person or complaint will go against a brokerage or garage because car is not under his name he is merely a leasee

If you say more specific details may be I can tell you something better advice, like how you used to deal with that guy cash/ check, what rate you agreed on, how much was the lease etc. etc. etc. lot of time car belongs to the garage/brokerage, person is merely a driver on that car. And you know garages/brokers their paper work nothing clear they keep their side safe in paper work, they are so strong n stronger than TLC.
