Hi...just read ur post and the only solution to is this no other than doing it all over again. Happened to me recently and they made me do everything all over again. except you dont have to go to the school again. SO..first go to the TLC and get a new applicant application and then take the 6 hour defence driving class, have the medical exam filled out by your doctor and then go to the TLC WITH YOU SOCIAL SECURITY card and they'll process your application just like a new application. Thats all you have to do. BTW you have to pay new applicant and fingerprint fees again. Good luck!
